Scandinavian Airlines Review – Copenhagen – New York – Economy Class

  • Comfort – OK.
  • Meals – Good. Two meals included in the ticket price.
  • Drinks – Good. Included with the first meal. Passengers are informed that they need to ask for all drinks they want when the meal is served. Any other drinks there after will be charged for. Friendly staff proposed a whiskey / brandy to the coffe after serving us a small bottle of red wine for the meal.
  • Entertainment – Good. Every passenger has his own entertainment screen with movies, flight map and games etc. Movies run on a schedule. You can’t start the movies on demand.
  • Staff – Good. Smiling and friendly.
  • Duration: 9 hours.

Aeroflot review – Moscow – Dubai – Economy class

  • Comfort – Bad. Very little leg space. Hard to get any sleep as the only option for a relatively tall guy would be to lean with the forehead on the seat infront of you. As there were so little leg space I didn’t see it as an option to fold my seat back to make the situation even worse for the person behind me.
  • Meals – OK. Lunch included in the ticket price. Lunch with  hot chiecken / beef dish and a too sweet desert, juice, coffee and tea.
  • Entertainment – Bad. Non existent. No entertaimnent set on the back of the seat infront of you and no shared TV display in the cabin showing a movie.
  • Staff – OK. Not too friendly and not mean in anyway. Just doing their job.
  • Duration: 5.5 hours.
